For ONLINE PAYMENTS, we accept PayPal, 2CheckOut, Moneybookers, and Major Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB, and more) via 2CheckOut secured PCI-compliant facility.

For OFFLINE PAYMENTS, we accept Banco De Oro (BDO) cash deposit, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) cash deposit, Unionbank cash deposit, Globe GCASH, Smart Money, Unionbank EON Transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram, LBC InstantPESO Padala, ML Kwarta Padala, and Xoom Global Money Transfer.

For ONLINE PAYMENTS payment is processed electronically. Which means that after you completed your purchase and checkout, you will receive your account details after your transaction is approved by our Fraud Team (usually less 1 hour, but may take up to 24 hours).

For OFFLINE PAYMENTS, validation is needed after a successful transaction with the bank/payment location. After purchasing a service from Jolly Works Hosting Client Portal, please read and understand the email message to be sent to you afterwards. That email will include all the necessary information including the bank account details where you shall deposit your payment/GCASH number where to sent CASH-IN payments/Recipient Name & Address for Money Transfers.

Average turnaround time for verification of Cash deposit, GCASH, and Smart Money payments is 4-5 hours, while for Money Transfers (such as Western Union, etc) is 1-2 business days.

NOTE: Money Transfer transactions require a $2.10 USD (Php 100.00) additional fee to cover our personnel's transportation allowance (Fee is waived for WESTERN UNION transactions). All fees, and surcharges for Money Transfers shall be shouldered by the customer and should not be deducted from the total amount to be sent.

GLOBE GCASH Extended Policy: Please be reminded that we only accept payments via Globe GCASH Cash-In and GCASH Mobile transaction. Jolly Works Hosting will not honor and/or accept any payments made via GCASH REMIT and any other option other than the mentioned options.
